Merchant Policies

Invoices are issued upon completion of each service or on a scheduled billing cycle for ongoing maintenance contracts. Clients receive itemized invoices detailing all services rendered, materials used, and applicable charges.

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. For recurring maintenance clients, billing may be arranged on a monthly or seasonal schedule.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge. We encourage clients to contact us promptly if they anticipate any difficulty meeting a payment deadline so we can work together on a resolution.

All services are governed by a written service agreement provided prior to the start of work. The agreement outlines the scope of work, schedule, pricing, and any applicable terms specific to your property.

Recurring maintenance agreements are typically structured on a seasonal or annual basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

One-time service requests are confirmed via a written estimate. Acceptance of the estimate constitutes agreement to the stated terms and pricing. We stand behind our work and are committed to delivering the professionalism you deserve.

All pricing is determined on a per-property basis following an on-site or virtual assessment. Factors include property size, terrain, scope of services, frequency of visits, and any special requirements.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. Prices for ongoing contracts are reviewed annually and clients are notified of any adjustments in advance.

Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires client approval before proceeding. We are transparent about all costs so there are no surprises.

Client satisfaction is our priority. If you have a concern about any service performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address it promptly.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to pursue mediation before any formal legal action.

All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Our goal is always to find a fair outcome that maintains the trust and long-term relationship we have built with our clients over more than 30 years.
