This policy outlines how we handle service concerns, refund requests, and dispute resolution.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering professional landscape maintenance that meets the highest standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, we will work with you promptly to make it right at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to all recurring maintenance services, one-time clean-ups, lawn mowing, bed care, trimming, seeding, and seasonal color installations. We are committed to delivering the professionalism you deserve on every visit.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds or service credits may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A service was not performed as agreed upon in your service contract or estimate.
  • Work was completed in a manner that does not meet industry-standard quality, as determined upon inspection.
  • A scheduled service visit was missed without prior notice or rescheduling.
  • Materials or plants supplied by Sunset Lawn and Landscape fail within 30 days of installation due to workmanship (excluding damage caused by weather, pests, or client neglect).
  • A prepaid service package is cancelled before services are rendered.

Please note: Refunds are not issued for services already rendered and accepted, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit, or outcomes affected by factors outside our control such as extreme weather, drought, or pre-existing lawn conditions.


How to Request a Refund or Service Correction

To initiate a refund request or request a service correction, please contact our team directly. We ask that all requests be submitted within 7 days of the service date to allow us to properly assess and address the concern.

When reaching out, please have the following information ready:

  • Your full name and service address.
  • The date the service was performed.
  • A description of the concern or issue you experienced.
  • Photos of the area in question, if applicable.

Timeline for Resolution

We understand that timely resolution matters. Once we receive your concern, here is what you can expect:

Within 1 Business Day

A member of our team will acknowledge your request and contact you to discuss the details.

Within 3 Business Days

We will assess the situation, which may include a site visit, and propose a resolution - either a service correction, credit, or refund.

Within 7 Business Days

Any approved refunds will be processed and returned via the original payment method. Service corrections will be scheduled at the earliest available date.
