Welcome to Sunset Lawn and Landscape. By engaging our services or using our website at sunsetlawnandlandscape.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Sunset Lawn and Landscape ("we," "us," or "our") and our clients ("you" or "your") for all residential and commercial landscaping services provided in Mount Royal, NJ and surrounding areas.

1. Services Agreement

All services provided by Sunset Lawn and Landscape are subject to a mutually agreed upon scope of work, which may be outlined in a written estimate, proposal, or service agreement. Our services include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, bed care, seasonal clean-up, seeding, trimming, and seasonal color installation for both residential and commercial properties.

We reserve the right to modify or adjust the scope of services based on site conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Any significant changes to the agreed scope will be communicated to you prior to work being performed.

Service Scheduling

Scheduled service dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant schedule changes. Rescheduled services will be completed as soon as conditions permit.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices for recurring services are issued on a monthly basis and are due within 15 days of the invoice date. We accept payment by check, cash, and major credit cards.

Late Payments

Accounts with outstanding balances beyond 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. We reserve the right to suspend services on accounts with overdue balances until payment is received.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be subject to revision if site conditions differ materially from those observed during the estimate.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service by providing at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

For recurring service agreements, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Any services rendered prior to the termination date will be invoiced and payable under the standard payment terms.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services without penalty in cases of unsafe working conditions, property access issues, or non-payment of outstanding balances.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sunset Lawn and Landscape carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all employees. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property, not to exceed the total value of the services rendered under the applicable service agreement.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, concealed obstacles, or acts of nature. It is the property owner's responsibility to identify and mark all underground utilities, irrigation systems, and other hazards prior to the commencement of services.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of our services.

5. Service Area

Sunset Lawn and Landscape primarily serves Mount Royal, NJ and the surrounding communities in Gloucester County. Our service area includes, but is not limited to, Swedesboro, Mullica Hill, Woodbury, Paulsboro, West Deptford, and neighboring municipalities.

Services requested outside our standard service area may be subject to additional travel fees. Please contact us to confirm availability for your specific location.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Sunset Lawn and Landscape and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding materials without our prior written consent. Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Privacy and Data
